The compatibility between our toner and OEM toner is extremely important as most of the customers used to apply OEM toner before ours. We can start working on different testing and material research to match up with our formula. After we collect the above data, we practically print with the OEM toner to see the ID, BG, waste toner rate, page yield of each grams, fusing performanc etc.
we have to chemically analyze the toner for electric nature, magnetism, melting dissolve index, particle size and particle shape of the toner 3. imaging system, toner feeding system, fusing temperature, transferring working principle and speed 2. Repeated testing is processed to find out the working principle of the equipments.
3 Quality grows from formula Once there are machines launched in the market, HYB would start working with our customers who are also the OEM distributors for surveying and market prospect to decide if we would follow that same series and develop the toner.
